Low-Calorie Sensational Strawberry Margarita (Serves 4-6)
- 1 C. of 100% agave tequila
- 1 C. triple sec
- 3 C. strawberries, fresh (on the rocks) or frozen (blended)
- 2 C. Ice
- 1/2 C. freshly squeezed lime juice (5 limes)
- 1-2 limes, sliced in wedges
- Kosher salt
How to Make a Margarita on the Rocks:
Place the tequila, triple sec, fresh strawberries, ice and lime juice in a pitcher. Muddle all of the ingredients until all of the ingredients are mixed well. Then, pour into glasses.
How to Make a Blended Margarita:
Place the tequila, triple sec, frozen strawberries, ice and lime juice in a blender. Blend until the ice is crushed and all of the ingredients are mixed well. Add salt to glass rims by running a lime wedge all around the rim. Then, pour into glasses.
