Blue-Bana Protein Smoothie

It’s officially spring and the weekend is almost here so, let’s celebrate the new season with this refreshing smoothie. It has protein, fiber, potassium and a host of vitamins and minerals to kick off your spring cleaning, spring break or whatever else you have planned for the season. All you have to do is combine all of the ingredients listed below, blend and sip!


  • 1 C. Coco Libre Organic Coconut Water
  • 1/2 C. Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Banana
  • 2-3 T. Hemp Hearts
  • 1 T. Coconut Oil (melted)
  • Ice Cubes
